I've just completed me latest drama serial, Devil Beside You. Yeah, I'm into this kind of mushy love stories. Guess the draw is: they seldom happen in real life.

Which is my point actually...why don't they? Too much drama? heh. Well, ain't that what makes life interesting? Personally, I feel the most significant difference between reel and real life is, Men.

I ain't no feminist chick but having watched a few of these serials, I see no differance in the female characters compared to the average Jane Doe. Well, except for a few pretty facial features and body parts BUT that's not the point...all women act and expect the same on and off screen! But not the other gender...onscreen, their moments of sweetest simply makes your heart melt..probably cause the script was pre-written. In reality, they'll rather dig their hearts out than admit "no matter where you run or hide, I'll always find you. No matter what."

So what is it with men and sweetness? Tonight I tried to coerce tender and heart-melting words from a rather stoned and beer-ified K but hmm...it was a rather funny attempt. Anyhoos, he said that if he told me anything, it'll spoil the surprise. :) What surprise I have no idea but...that was kinda sweet in its own way I guess..
People say men are from Mars and women from Venus, hence the lack of understanding and communication gap between the two. Most of the time I can't help but agree...ahh...Love: a joy to some, a burden to others. Hard to live with it yet you can't live without it.
